Job Description

Hire Sync is expanding its recruiting team with an entry-level recruiter who will help source, screen, and onboard candidates for a range of roles, including light industrial, clerical, skilled trades, and professional positions. This on-site opportunity in Parma, Ohio offers a base salary of $35,000–$50,000 with uncapped monthly commissions, along with hands-on training and a clear path for growth within a dynamic team. Note: remote applicants will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

Source candidates via job boards, resume databases, and local outreach
Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
Assess fit by aligning candidates' skills and experience with open roles
Assist onboarding and verify completion of all hiring steps
Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process
Keep precise records in the JobDiva applicant tracking system
Collaborate with the team to achieve hiring goals and timelines

Requirements

An associate degree is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
Excellent communication and a professional demeanor
Comfort in initiating conversations with new people and building relationships
Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask
Tech-savvy with ease learning new systems
Self-motivated, dependable, and growth-oriented
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
