Entry Level Recruiter Staffing & Talent Acquisition

Hire Sync is expanding its recruiting team with an entry-level recruiter who will help source, screen, and onboard candidates for a range of roles, including light industrial, clerical, skilled trades, and professional positions. This on-site opportunity in Parma, Ohio offers a base salary of $35,000–$50,000 with uncapped monthly commissions, along with hands-on training and a clear path for growth within a dynamic team. Note: remote applicants will not be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, resume databases, and local outreach
• Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews
• Assess fit by aligning candidates' skills and experience with open roles
• Assist onboarding and verify completion of all hiring steps
• Maintain communication with candidates throughout the process
• Keep precise records in the JobDiva applicant tracking system
• Collaborate with the team to achieve hiring goals and timelines

Requirements

• An associate degree is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Excellent communication and a professional demeanor
• Comfort in initiating conversations with new people and building relationships
• Highly organized, detail-focused, and able to multitask
• Tech-savvy with ease learning new systems
• Self-motivated, dependable, and growth-oriented
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
