Job Description

Three Rivers Health in Powell, WY is hiring a Human Resources Assistant and Foundation Coordinator (onsite) to support HR administration and foundation outreach.

Responsibilities

Support core HR functions, including recruitment support, employee orientation, performance evaluation administration, and benefits administration to help maintain a positive employee experience
Assist with HR sourcing, workforce management, and planning initiatives aligned with organizational goals
Maintain and update HRIS (Human Resources Information System) including accurate data entry, reporting, and compliance-related data handling
Coordinate foundation efforts by organizing fundraising events, supporting donor relations, and participating in community outreach programs
Handle personnel administration tasks with professionalism, including contracts and confidential information
Support training and development by assisting with session scheduling and tracking employee participation
Help with HR compliance requirements related to OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, workers’ compensation, and other employment law obligations
Assist with foundation events, fundraising campaigns, donor recognition activities, and ongoing community outreach
Maintain donor records and manage foundation databases
Bring experience and comfort with community outreach and networking to support Foundation and marketing growth

Requirements

Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
1 to 3 years of administrative, human resources, nonprofit, or fundraising experience preferred
Experience working with databases, HRIS systems, or donor management software is beneficial
Minimum experience: 1 year
