Job Description

Mammoet is hiring a Recruiter to run day-to-day recruitment execution in Rosharon, TX 77583 (onsite). In this role, you will partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners from requisition through pre-employment handoff, with a strong focus on proactive sourcing, coordinated interviews, and accurate ATS management in iCIMS.

You will help keep recruiting moving as business needs change, ensuring candidates receive timely communication and that hiring teams have qualified options to review. The goal is to shift recruitment from reactive to more proactive by building pipelines, measuring recruiting performance, and continuously improving how candidates experience the process.

What You’ll Own

Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand staffing needs and position requirements.
Independently manage recruitment for assigned positions from requisition through pre-employment/onboarding handoff.
Partner with stakeholders to support recruiting campaigns, career fairs, hiring events, and community or school partnerships.
Coordinate offer documentation and transition selected candidates into the pre-employment/onboarding process.
Support and promote the employee referral program.

How You’ll Execute the Process

Manage job postings and requisitions within iCIMS.
Review applicants and identify qualified candidates.
Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn/Indeed, networking, referrals, career fairs, and other channels.
Conduct initial phone screens.
Present qualified candidates and provide thoughtful recommendations.
Coordinate interviews and maintain momentum throughout the selection process.
Keep candidates informed throughout the process, including updates that the team is still working through selection.
Build talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.

Data, Communication, and Continuous Improvement

Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information in iCIMS.
Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, candidate activity, aging requisitions, and hiring trends.
Follow up after onboarding to understand what is working and where improvements are needed.
Continuously look for better ways to attract, engage, and hire talent.

Recruiting Campaigns and Content Support

Help create recruiting campaigns and materials, including Canva and social recruiting content.

What You Bring

Recruiting or talent acquisition experience comfortable managing multiple requisitions and interacting directly with candidates and hiring managers.
Experience with an ATS, with iCIMS experience a strong advantage.
Experience recruiting within construction, heavy equipment, engineering, industrial, skilled trades, or another project-driven environment would be valuable.
Strong communication and follow-up skills, including confidence picking up the phone.
Good judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to shift priorities without losing focus.
