Oregon Eye Consultants, LLC seeks an Experienced Administrative/Human Resources Assistant to support daily operations, onboarding, compliance, and personnel records at the Springfield, Oregon onsite office. This role combines administrative duties with HR responsibilities in a medical office environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily clerical tasks including scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, preparing reports and presentations, shaping meeting agendas, and taking and creating meeting minutes.
- Maintain office calendars and facilities, schedule meetings, track staff uniform inventory, and order department supplies in coordination with the accounting department.
- Assist with posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating background checks.
- Prepare new hire packets, guide new employees through orientation paperwork, and process I-9 verifications.
- Maintain accurate, highly confidential physical and digital files including personnel, management, and executive records and databases.

- Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- Working conditions: Medical Business Office environment; some travel by automobile
