Maintain confidential personnel files and assignment records in the HRIS and ATS.
Maintain payroll records including hours, earnings, deductions, and paid time off for hourly, salaried, and project-based consultants.
Collect and validate weekly timesheets against client-approved hours, resolving discrepancies prior to payroll close.
Support payroll tax reporting and multi-state compliance, partnering with finance to ensure cycle accuracy and year-end forms.
Coordinate employment authorization and immigration documentation for consultants across H-1B, OPT, CPT, TN, and green-card pathways.
Maintain Form I-9 and E-Verify compliance, including completion, re-verification, and retention.
Track visa validity, renewal, and assignment end dates, escalating deadlines and liaising with immigration counsel.
Serve as first point of contact for questions on pay, benefits, timesheets, and policy, routing complex issues to the appropriate owner.
Assist recruiters and managers with documentation, performance check-ins, and assignment changes.
Support engagement activities across US and India teams while protecting confidential information.
Support compliance with federal, state, and client requirements, including background-check and right-to-work standards.
Maintain audit-ready records for client audits, insurance certificates, and subcontractor documentation.
