Based in Wayzata, Minnesota with on-site responsibilities, E-Solutions IT Services Private Limited is seeking a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle in a consultative, strategic capacity. The role partners with business leaders, mentors recruiters, and builds diverse candidate pipelines while ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational standards.
Summary
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition with a strategic, consultative approach, focusing on sourcing, assessment, selection, and the implementation of innovative recruiting processes while upholding labor laws and corporate standards. This position collaborates with business leaders, mentors the recruiting team, and drives a diverse candidate pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Own the entire recruitment process, coordinating strategy sessions and managing sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, offers, compliance, and ongoing stakeholder communication.
- Partner with business leaders to enhance quality of hire and provide market intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
- Plan, monitor, and deliver internal talent acquisition initiatives, guiding projects from conception to completion.
- Utilize labor market data and competitive insights to expand diverse applicant pools and improve sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders, mentor recruiters, and serve as a domain specialist within the talent acquisition function.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Proven background in both agency and corporate recruiting environments.
- Strong ability to partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to drive recruitment strategy.
- Experience using market intelligence, talent trends, and sourcing tools to build high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines; knowledge of recruitment compliance, labor laws, and process documentation is required.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple roles independently and handle complex hiring needs.
- Resume should reflect end-to-end recruitment ownership, measurable hiring success, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
