Job Description

This onsite role supports Always Home Care's HR operations in West New York, NJ, focusing on developing HR initiatives, managing recruitment and onboarding flows, maintaining legal compliance, and supporting performance management and payroll processes through Workday or a similar HRIS.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with the organization's goals.
Coordinate and conduct employee evaluations to assess performance and provide feedback.
Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding as part of human capital management.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Support talent acquisition by sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates.
Implement performance management systems to track employee progress and development.
Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and inform decisions.
Utilize Workday or a similar HRIS for managing employee information and processes.
Collaborate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely compensation processing.

Requirements

Strong strategic planning abilities to align HR initiatives with organizational objectives.
Proficient in conducting employee evaluations and providing constructive feedback.
Experience in developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills.
Knowledge of human capital management principles and practices.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
Demonstrated talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
Ability to implement performance management systems to track employee progress.
Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and reporting using HR metrics.
Experience with Workday or similar HRIS for managing employee information.
Knowledge of payroll processes and collaboration with the payroll department.
