This full-cycle Recruiter role focuses on building relationships with top talent and moving candidates through the interview process for digital marketing and ad tech roles. You will support multiple hiring managers across the process, coordinating interviews, offers, and recruiting reporting while maintaining a consistent candidate experience.

What You’ll Do

Build and maintain a long-term talent network, proactively sourcing candidates with a focus on digital backgrounds to bring new Wpromoters into the pipeline
Screen candidates and prepare timely, consistent feedback for hiring managers
Partner with the Head of Talent Acquisition to improve recruiting efforts, hiring efficacy, and process efficiency, including training and mentoring new recruiters
Recruit for openings from Interns through Associate Director level roles
Cultivate candidate referrals and strengthen referral channels
Source using internet job boards, employee referrals, search engines, and web resume mining techniques
Manage relationships with multiple hiring managers across multiple US offices simultaneously, providing responsive support
Stay current on digital marketing trends and new developments to better inform hiring decisions
Guide candidates through the interview journey by setting expectations, delivering thoughtful feedback, and negotiating/closing all offers
Provide regular status updates to the People Operations team and hiring managers for all open roles
Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and set recruiting strategy for designated roles
Schedule in-person and phone interviews across multiple time zones
Maintain recruitment tracking, enhance existing reports where applicable, and fully and accurately use the applicant tracking system
Lead and participate in training sessions for hiring managers

What You Bring

2-3 years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment (ad agency experience preferred)
Experience recruiting and filling digital marketing and/or ad tech roles across varying seniority levels (preferred)
Ability to build consultative relationships with hiring managers or clients
A proactive, curious mindset with interest in developing knowledge of the digital marketing industry
Organized, process-oriented approach to staffing and onboarding
Experience using at least one applicant tracking system
Experience navigating LinkedIn Recruiter
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strategic thinking while working independently and as part of a team
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Location: Remote (remote). Salary: USD 75,000 - 90,000 per year.
