Join ICF as a Talent Acquisition Associate and support end-to-end recruiting that helps teams hire great people. This is a fully remote role with preference for candidates who can work within U.S. time zones and standard business hours. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues to identify, attract, assess, and hire top talent, using modern recruiting tools and structured processes.
What you’ll do
- Manage full life cycle recruiting in partnership with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition colleagues.
- Source and attract talent using sourcing channels and online research tools.
- Build a strong candidate experience through clear, professional, and timely communication.
- Coordinate hiring logistics including scheduling and administrative support as needed.
- Maintain systems compliance & reporting using recruiting and HR tools.
- Grow with the team through collaboration, stretch assignments, and continuous learning.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of recruiting experience.
- 2+ years of coordination, scheduling, logistics, administrative, or customer service experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience using Workday, Beamery, or other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms.
- Experience sourcing candidates through social media, networking platforms, and online research tools.
- Familiarity with employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices.
- Preference for candidates based in the DMV area or within commuting distance of headquarters in Reston, VA, while qualified candidates from other locations may also be considered.
- Experience using AI and automation tools throughout the recruiting lifecycle to improve efficiency, support better decision-making, and enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience.

- Consistency in recruiting and filling recurring hiring classes to support ongoing business and workforce demands.
- Collaborate effectively with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR partners, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Embrace stretch assignments and development opportunities to broaden capabilities and support continuous growth.

Pay range: $74,090.00 - $125,954.00 (based on full-time employment).
