Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Associate role at ICF supports end-to-end recruiting, helping the team identify, attract, assess, and hire talent while maintaining a strong candidate and client experience. This position primarily supports ICF’s Utility Programs and Services (UPS) Division and is fully remote within the United States.
Based in Reston, VA, the team operates with a national remote footprint, and successful candidates will be able to work within U.S. time zones and standard business hours.
What you’ll do
- Full lifecycle recruiting to support hiring needs across the UPS Division.
- Sourcing and talent attraction to identify qualified candidates and build pipelines.
- Partner with hiring managers to align on role requirements and support selection activities.
- Deliver a strong candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
- Manage systems compliance and reporting related to recruiting activities.
- Contribute to professional growth and collaboration with Talent Acquisition colleagues and HR partners.
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in high-volume environments, including field-based talent, customer-facing roles, operational hiring needs, or other volume-driven recruiting activities.
- 2+ years of coordination, scheduling, logistics, administrative, or customer service experience.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience using Workday, Beamery, or other ATS platforms and CRM tools.
- Experience sourcing candidates using social media, networking platforms, and online research tools.
- Familiarity with employment laws, compliance requirements, and recruiting best practices.
- Experience using AI and automation tools across the recruiting lifecycle to improve efficiency, support decision-making, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Systems and tools
- Workday, Beamery, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and CRM platforms
- Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams

- Effective collaboration with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR partners, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Clear, professional, and timely communication to candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Comfort with stretch assignments and development opportunities to support continuous growth.

- $74,090.00 - $125,954.00 per year (pay range based on full-time employment).
