Job Description

Northwell Health is seeking a Human Resources Support Center Representative to provide frontline HR assistance for employees and managers. In this onsite role in Lake Success, NY, you will help people find answers, use HR self-service tools, and resolve routine HR questions while keeping clear documentation in the ticketing system. For issues that require deeper expertise, you will route matters to specialized HR teams for follow-up.

What you will do

Answer HR inquiries covering policies, procedures, benefits, and payroll.
Guide employees in using HR systems and tools to complete their requests.
Escalate complex issues to specialized HR teams when additional support is needed.
Maintain accurate records in ticketing systems to track requests and outcomes.
Support administrative tasks including employment verifications.
Educate employees on available HR resources and how to access them.
Perform other related duties as required.

Key qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Associate’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience, preferred.
1–3 years of relevant experience, preferred.
Strong communication, problem-solving, proficiency in HR systems, and multitasking abilities, preferred.
Call center background, preferred.

Location: Lake Success, NY (onsite)
Pay: USD 47,476 - 75,012 per year
Experience: 1 years minimum
