Job Description

FellowshipLife Inc is seeking a strategic, hands-on Human Resources Partner to lead HR for HCBS operations onsite in Basking Ridge, NJ. This role collaborates with senior leadership to align people strategies with operational priorities, care outcomes, and a culture of engagement, compliance, and development. The position offers a salary range of USD 75,000 - 80,000 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with at least five years of HR experience.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with executives to design and implement HR plans that advance organizational objectives, growth, and cultural values
Act as a trusted advisor for workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives
Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
Maintain caregiver adherence to CHAC annual standards and proactively address employment-related risks
Lead programs to boost engagement, retention, and the overall experience of team members
Identify opportunities for process improvements to raise efficiency and service quality
Offer coaching and leadership development support to managers
Promote a culture grounded in respect, inclusion, accountability, and well-being

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Five or more years of progressive HR experience; healthcare, home care, or senior living experience is highly desirable
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution abilities
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information discreetly

Location & Travel

This position is based in Basking Ridge, NJ, onsite, with regular travel to Freehold, NJ, Whiting, NJ, and other regional locations as needed.
