Job Description
FellowshipLife Inc is seeking a strategic, hands-on Human Resources Partner to lead HR for HCBS operations onsite in Basking Ridge, NJ. This role collaborates with senior leadership to align people strategies with operational priorities, care outcomes, and a culture of engagement, compliance, and development. The position offers a salary range of USD 75,000 - 80,000 per year and requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field along with at least five years of HR experience.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executives to design and implement HR plans that advance organizational objectives, growth, and cultural values
- Act as a trusted advisor for workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational change initiatives
- Utilize HR metrics and workforce analytics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain caregiver adherence to CHAC annual standards and proactively address employment-related risks
- Lead programs to boost engagement, retention, and the overall experience of team members
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to raise efficiency and service quality
- Offer coaching and leadership development support to managers
- Promote a culture grounded in respect, inclusion, accountability, and well-being
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Five or more years of progressive HR experience; healthcare, home care, or senior living experience is highly desirable
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Solid knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and handle confidential information discreetly
Location & Travel
This position is based in Basking Ridge, NJ, onsite, with regular travel to Freehold, NJ, Whiting, NJ, and other regional locations as needed.
