$25+/hr Full time Manager Accounting Operations Administrative Assistant

Site Manager oversees administrative and HR operations for a Brookings, Oregon medical clinic.

Oversee daily clinic administration, including scheduling, patient intake and registration, medical records management, billing, and inventory control.
Support HR functions such as onboarding, employee records management, benefits coordination, time-off tracking, and payroll assistance; ensure HR policies are consistently applied.
Supervise administrative staff, including medical receptionists and administrative assistants; assist with hiring, onboarding, performance management, and coordinate terminations in line with policies.
Engage with patients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive experience from scheduling through checkout.
Assist with financial tasks such as billing, insurance claims processing, and handling accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Ensure clinic operations comply with healthcare regulations and HIPAA guidelines.
Facilitate clear communication between medical staff, administrative team members, and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and implement best practices to boost efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Coordinate procurement of office and medical supplies and maintain adequate inventory levels.

Education: High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience: Prior experience managing or working in a medical clinic is preferred.
Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with standard office software; familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
Knowledge: Understanding of medical billing practices, insurance verification processes, HR fundamentals, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
