Job Description

The HR and Accounting Operations Coordinator role at CFS supports HR operations, payroll coordination, and accounting assistance, with responsibilities spanning recruiting, onboarding and offboarding, payroll records, timekeeping, purchasing, and audits. Responsibilities

Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and offboarding logistics and documentation
Maintain accurate, confidential employee and payroll-related records
Support timekeeping and payroll change coordination with the business office/PEO
Assist with purchasing workflows, invoice tracking, and vendor documentation
Organize documentation for audits, grants, and expense compliance
Serve as a responsive point of contact for staff HR process questions

Requirements

Experience in HR operations, people operations, or administrative support (school or nonprofit a plus)
Exposure to payroll, timekeeping, or accounting support processes
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information
Comfort working across systems, documentation, and approval workflows
