Job Description

The Human Resource Manager/Business Office Manager at Arcadia Valley Skilled Nursing in Coolville, OH (onsite) supports day-to-day people operations and business office responsibilities. The role focuses on accurate employee records, onboarding coordination, payroll processing, and employee benefits administration, with close collaboration alongside the Corporate Director of HR.

Key Responsibilities

Guide new hires through the orientation process, ensuring all required paperwork and compliance procedures are completed.
Maintain employee files in an organized and accessible manner.
Oversee benefit administration and related employee relations in cooperation with the Corporate Director of HR.
Assist with staffing needs as required.
Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis.
Manage employee information, including responsibility for the hiring and orientation process, payroll processing, and employee plan benefit administration.

Required Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and family members.
Experience in a long-term care or business office setting preferred.
