Job Description

Uline is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for its warehouse operation, partnering with hiring managers to match talent to roles.

Responsibilities

Manage full cycle recruiting to support staffing needs across a growing warehouse operation, from entry-level through technical and high-level roles
Source and recruit both active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and professional networking relationships
Partner with hiring managers to confirm talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications and skills to develop an effective recruitment plan
Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit against role requirements
Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
Ability to travel to recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations for initial training

Job Description

Uline is hiring a Recruiter for its Connecticut facility in Plainfield. This onsite role supports full-cycle hiring by collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and helping evaluate applicants for warehouse and other operational positions.

Role Overview

The Recruiter will match quality candidates with roles at Uline’s Plainfield warehouse. The position includes end-to-end recruitment responsibilities and ongoing partnership with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and assess candidate fit.
