Recruiter

Uline is seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for its warehouse operation, partnering with hiring managers to match talent to roles.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle recruiting to support staffing needs across a growing warehouse operation, from entry-level through technical and high-level roles
• Source and recruit both active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and professional networking relationships
• Partner with hiring managers to confirm talent needs, job duties, and required qualifications and skills to develop an effective recruitment plan
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate fit against role requirements
• Build and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of HR recruitment / talent acquisition experience
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel to recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations for initial training

• Compensation: USD 68,000 - 100,000 per year
• Work setup: On-site
