Recruiter

Uline is hiring a Recruiter for its Connecticut facility in Plainfield. This onsite role supports full-cycle hiring by collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and helping evaluate applicants for warehouse and other operational positions.

Role Overview

The Recruiter will match quality candidates with roles at Uline’s Plainfield warehouse. The position includes end-to-end recruitment responsibilities and ongoing partnership with hiring managers to identify talent requirements and assess candidate fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting to support staffing across a growing warehouse operation, including entry-level roles and technical, high-level positions.
• Source and recruit strong active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing tools, social media, and established networking relationships.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine talent needs, define job duties, and confirm required qualifications and skills to create recruitment plans.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate alignment with position requirements.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and other talent organizations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of HR recruiting / talent acquisition experience.
• Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to travel to recruitment events and Uline’s North American locations for initial training.

Compensation

USD 68,000 - 100,000 per year
