Job Description

Join Uline at its Naples fulfillment center as a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Human Resources Coordinator in a role built around smooth candidate experiences and organized recruiting support. Uline is a family-owned company with more than 10,000 employees across 15 locations, and this position helps keep the hiring and onboarding process running efficiently for both candidates and internal teams.

Location: Fort Myers, FL (onsite)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Pay: $25 to $30 per hour

What you’ll do

Contact candidates to schedule interviews, respond to candidate questions, and support new hires with onboarding documents.
Complete candidate pre-employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.
Share candidate details with interview teams, including management.
Manage the HR email inbox for inquiries and handle follow-ups as needed.
Provide administrative support for recruiting operations, assist projects, and complete weekly recruiting summaries.
Assist with and conduct applicant interviews in English and Spanish.

What you bring

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
2+ years of HR or relevant administrative experience.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) with fluency in both verbal and written communication.
