Job Description

Lee Health offers a on-site, 12-week Temporary/PRN Recruiter assignment in Fort Myers, FL. This contract role features an annual salary of USD 76,377 and requires an Associate degree with at least one year of full-cycle recruiting experience. You will manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned service lines, partnering with leaders to attract and hire top talent, while gaining hands-on experience within a major health system.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned service lines, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, and presenting qualified candidates to hiring leaders.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop recruitment strategies that attract high-quality talent and support workforce goals.
  • Assist with candidate review, screening, and interviewing for other service areas as needed.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by providing guidance on recruitment best practices, employment policies, selection processes, and applicable employment laws.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Assistants to coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and other recruitment activities.
  • Act as the liaison between hiring departments and external recruiting partners, staffing agencies, and search firms when applicable.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and candidate records while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team with special projects and other recruitment initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Experienced full-cycle recruiter with strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
  • A relationship builder who partners effectively with leaders at all levels.
  • Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple requisitions in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer-focused with excellent communication and consultative skills.
  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating as part of a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • State licensure: Not Required.
  • Some travel may be required.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret recruitment data, business periodicals, procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to effectively negotiate, communicate, and present information and respond to questions from clients (hiring managers, candidates, key executive stakeholders).
  • Education: Associate degree required.
