Job Description

Cascade Die Casting Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support multiple HR functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position reports to the Sr. Human Resources Generalist and is responsible for core talent, compliance, and employee support activities.

Location and Work Setup

Onsite role in High Point, NC
Atlantic Division: 1800 Albertson Road, High Point, NC 27260
Work location: In person

Travel: Up to 15%

Compensation and Classification

Salary: USD 50,486 - 75,093 per year
Hiring Range: $50,486 - $75,093
Classification: Exempt
Pay note: Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
Support a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely document processing and smooth new-hire integration.
Manage off-boarding activities to support smooth transitions for departing associates.
Assist with benefit enrollments, administer employee benefit programs, and help ensure accurate payroll and timekeeping.
Administer and maintain compliance with ADA, FMLA, STD, and other relevant regulations.
Promote safety by reinforcing safety rules and PPE requirements, partnering with management to build a safety culture, and serving as an active safety committee member.
Maintain a positive work environment by ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, including support related to conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement counseling.
Provide guidance to management on employee-related matters to support a constructive and productive workplace.
Support employee engagement through communication, managing change, providing training and development resources, and organizing activities and events.
Maintain accurate HR records, conduct routine floor walks, create and distribute employee communications, and participate in HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Knowledge of employment laws
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through
Proficiency with HRIS software and MS Office applications
Paycom experience preferred
HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
Adaptability, dependability, and quality-focused work habits
Results-driven approach and team orientation
Ability to sit at a computer for prolonged periods
Ability to occasionally walk and stand for prolonged periods
Ability to lift or carry materials up to 25 pounds
Ability to work in a loud manufacturing environment
Proficiency in manual dexterity and clear vision
Ability to detect and respond to safety instructions and alarms
Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required on the plant floor

Job Description

The Construction Talent Acquisition Specialist role supports full-cycle recruitment of salaried construction professionals across commercial, industrial, and specialty operations, partnering with hiring leaders to build pipelines and drive project success.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end recruitment for salaried construction positions spanning project management, operations, and field leadership.
Source and fill roles such as Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Estimators, Superintendents, Safety Managers, Operations Managers, VDC/BIM professionals, Purchasing, and related construction support positions.

Cultivate relationships with passive construction professionals across multiple markets to maintain a robust talent pool.
Work with hiring managers to map staffing needs, growth plans, and succession strategies.

Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring insights to inform decision makers.
Track recruiting metrics and continuously optimize processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Represent the organization professionally within the construction talent market to strengthen employer branding.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience supporting construction industry professionals.
Proven success recruiting salaried construction roles, including project management, estimating, operations, or field leadership.
Strong experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative recruiting skills.
Onsite work requirement: four days per week in High Point, NC.
