Job Description

The Construction Talent Acquisition Specialist role supports full-cycle recruitment of salaried construction professionals across commercial, industrial, and specialty operations, partnering with hiring leaders to build pipelines and drive project success.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for salaried construction positions spanning project management, operations, and field leadership.
  • Source and fill roles such as Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, Estimators, Superintendents, Safety Managers, Operations Managers, VDC/BIM professionals, Purchasing, and related construction support positions.
  • Develop proactive sourcing plans leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, referrals, trade associations, and targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Cultivate relationships with passive construction professionals across multiple markets to maintain a robust talent pool.
  • Work with hiring managers to map staffing needs, growth plans, and succession strategies.
  • Guide candidates through sourcing, offer negotiation, and onboarding processes, maintaining a strong candidate experience.
  • Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring insights to inform decision makers.
  • Track recruiting metrics and continuously optimize processes while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Represent the organization professionally within the construction talent market to strengthen employer branding.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruitment experience supporting construction industry professionals.
  • Proven success recruiting salaried construction roles, including project management, estimating, operations, or field leadership.
  • Strong experience sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consultative recruiting skills.
  • Onsite work requirement: four days per week in High Point, NC.

Compensation

Salary: USD 70,000 - 85,000 per year
