Human Resources Generalist
Job Description
Cascade Die Casting Group is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support multiple HR functions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The position reports to the Sr. Human Resources Generalist and is responsible for core talent, compliance, and employee support activities.
Location and Work Setup
- Onsite role in High Point, NC
- Atlantic Division: 1800 Albertson Road, High Point, NC 27260
- Work location: In person

Compensation and Classification
- Salary: USD 50,486 - 75,093 per year
- Hiring Range: $50,486 - $75,093
- Classification: Exempt
- Pay note: Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full recruitment life cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Support a positive candidate experience by ensuring timely document processing and smooth new-hire integration.
- Manage off-boarding activities to support smooth transitions for departing associates.
- Assist with benefit enrollments, administer employee benefit programs, and help ensure accurate payroll and timekeeping.
- Administer and maintain compliance with ADA, FMLA, STD, and other relevant regulations.
- Promote safety by reinforcing safety rules and PPE requirements, partnering with management to build a safety culture, and serving as an active safety committee member.
- Maintain a positive work environment by ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, including support related to conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and performance improvement counseling.
- Provide guidance to management on employee-related matters to support a constructive and productive workplace.
- Support employee engagement through communication, managing change, providing training and development resources, and organizing activities and events.
- Maintain accurate HR records, conduct routine floor walks, create and distribute employee communications, and participate in HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements

- Proficiency with HRIS software and MS Office applications
- Paycom experience preferred
- HR certification (SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred

- Ability to sit at a computer for prolonged periods
- Ability to occasionally walk and stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to lift or carry materials up to 25 pounds

- Ability to wear personal protective equipment as required on the plant floor
