The Human Resources Partner at FellowshipLIFE, Harrogate Village, drives comprehensive HR strategy and execution across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, compliance, engagement, learning and development, and organizational effectiveness, reporting to the Director of Human Resources Operations.

Experience
Minimum five years of progressive HR experience is required, with strong preference for candidates with healthcare, home care, or senior living environments.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals, growth, and culture
- Utilize HR data and workforce analytics to inform decision-making and foster continuous improvement
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and the overall member experience
- Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations; ensure fair policy application and promote an inclusive, respectful, and accountable culture
- Ensure adherence to employment laws and healthcare regulations; manage audits, workplace safety, workers’ compensation, FMLA, unemployment claims, and required reporting (EEO-1, OSHA)
- Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership development support to managers
- Champion a culture of respect, inclusion, accountability, and well-being
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience; healthcare, home care, or senior living experience strongly preferred
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
- Proficient with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications; working knowledge of payroll systems to generate reports and run queries
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information with discretion

The HR Partner must exercise good judgment in diverse situations, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, and balance multiple priorities while maintaining a professional demeanor and handling confidential information. The role leads by example, builds constructive working relationships across all levels of the organization and with those we care for and serve, and remains current on human resources laws and regulations.
