Job Description

We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives and partner with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

Responsibilities

Oversee employee relations, address conflicts, conduct misconduct investigations, and nurture an inclusive, respectful workplace aligned with employment law and EEO standards.
Lead performance management processes, including evaluations, goal setting, and development plans to boost productivity.
Ensure compliance across HR functions with FMLA, Workers' Compensation, OSHA standards, HR legal compliance, and employment and labor law adherence.
Administer benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans) and payroll processing with ADP, while safeguarding confidential information.
Develop strategic HR initiatives such as organization design, succession planning, change management, and HR program management to support growth.
Lead training and development sessions on conflict resolution, HR legal updates, employee engagement, and leadership development for senior management.

Requirements

Proven experience leading HR teams in fast-paced environments with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
Strong expertise in employment law, including FMLA, OSHA, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance frameworks.
Demonstrated supervisory ability to lead teams effectively while juggling multiple projects concurrently.
Bilingual communication skills are essential; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and facilitating trainings.
Solid data analysis skills using Excel or HR analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.

Job Description

This onsite, full-time Recruiter role in Human Resources is based in Lawrenceville, GA. You will work under the HR Director to develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process, collaborating with department managers to craft precise job descriptions and hiring criteria, and to identify effective recruiting strategies that align with industry standards and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

Under the direction of the HR Director, manage all phases of the recruitment cycle from planning through placement.
Partner with department managers to identify requirements and draft detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies tailored to each role, aligned with industry standards and organizational needs.
Support job posting and advertisement activities.
Review applications and screen candidates to identify qualified individuals.
Coordinate interview scheduling and assist in preparing interview questions and other hiring materials.
Participate in the interview process by attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed.

Requirements
