Job Description
We are seeking a bilingual Human Resources Manager to lead HR initiatives and partner with senior leadership to drive talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee employee relations, address conflicts, conduct misconduct investigations, and nurture an inclusive, respectful workplace aligned with employment law and EEO standards.
- Lead performance management processes, including evaluations, goal setting, and development plans to boost productivity.
- Ensure compliance across HR functions with FMLA, Workers' Compensation, OSHA standards, HR legal compliance, and employment and labor law adherence.
- Administer benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans) and payroll processing with ADP, while safeguarding confidential information.
- Develop strategic HR initiatives such as organization design, succession planning, change management, and HR program management to support growth.
- Lead training and development sessions on conflict resolution, HR legal updates, employee engagement, and leadership development for senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading HR teams in fast-paced environments with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
- Strong expertise in employment law, including FMLA, OSHA, workers' compensation procedures, and HR compliance frameworks.
- Demonstrated supervisory ability to lead teams effectively while juggling multiple projects concurrently.
- Bilingual communication skills are essential; comfortable presenting to senior leadership and facilitating trainings.
- Solid data analysis skills using Excel or HR analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.
