Job Description

This onsite, full-time Recruiter role in Human Resources is based in Lawrenceville, GA. You will work under the HR Director to develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process, collaborating with department managers to craft precise job descriptions and hiring criteria, and to identify effective recruiting strategies that align with industry standards and organizational needs.

Responsibilities

  • Under the direction of the HR Director, manage all phases of the recruitment cycle from planning through placement.
  • Partner with department managers to identify requirements and draft detailed, accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Identify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies tailored to each role, aligned with industry standards and organizational needs.
  • Support job posting and advertisement activities.
  • Review applications and screen candidates to identify qualified individuals.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and assist in preparing interview questions and other hiring materials.
  • Participate in the interview process by attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and HR team during the offer process, recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other relevant details.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Represent the organization at college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective negotiation tactics.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for a variety of roles.
  • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software and other recruitment systems.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
