Job Description

Full-time HR Specialist role based in Hawaii focusing on talent management, employee relations, onboarding, compliance with employment laws, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

Lead talent acquisition by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through multiple channels.
Coordinate onboarding activities including orientation and training programs to smoothly integrate new hires.
Manage employee evaluation cycles, drive performance management initiatives, and execute succession planning strategies.
Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing using HR systems to ensure accurate data entry and compliance.
Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with employment and labor law requirements.
Support HR legal compliance by handling confidential information with integrity and ensuring regulatory adherence.
Lead change management projects and organization design initiatives to strengthen workforce planning and strategic activities.

Requirements

Proven experience in HR management or HR department roles with solid understanding of employment law in talent management.
Strong skills in human capital management, project management, and strategic planning.
Excellent communication abilities with aptitude for conflict management and employee relations.
Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll processing systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and personnel administration tasks.
