Job Description
Full-time HR Specialist role based in Hawaii focusing on talent management, employee relations, onboarding, compliance with employment laws, and HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates through multiple channels.
- Coordinate onboarding activities including orientation and training programs to smoothly integrate new hires.
- Manage employee evaluation cycles, drive performance management initiatives, and execute succession planning strategies.
- Oversee benefits administration and payroll processing using HR systems to ensure accurate data entry and compliance.
- Develop and enforce HR policies aligned with employment and labor law requirements.
- Support HR legal compliance by handling confidential information with integrity and ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Lead change management projects and organization design initiatives to strengthen workforce planning and strategic activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in HR management or HR department roles with solid understanding of employment law in talent management.
- Strong skills in human capital management, project management, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication abilities with aptitude for conflict management and employee relations.
- Knowledge of benefits administration and payroll processing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and personnel administration tasks.
