Full time Manager Business Partner Hr Generalist

Lead HR strategy and daily execution for a manufacturing facility, ensuring compliant, people-centered practices that support plant goals.

Own day-to-day human resources operations for the facility.
Communicate, reinforce, and apply employee relations principles and practices across the organization.
Interpret, administer, and maintain HR policies and procedures while aligning HR plans to business objectives.
Oversee key HR functions including talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation administration, performance management, employee development, and retention.
Develop, coordinate, and facilitate employee and leadership training programs.
Manage payroll processing and HR Information Systems (HRIS) to support accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Track employment law and regulatory changes and ensure ongoing organizational compliance.
Coach managers and employees on employee relations, performance issues, conflict resolution, and workplace concerns.
Support organizational initiatives such as continuous improvement, workforce planning, affirmative action programs, integrations, acquisitions, and restructuring activities.
Analyze HR trends and metrics; recommend improvements to strengthen organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Lead and participate in employee engagement activities, committees, and improvement teams.
Partner with plant leadership to address workforce challenges and support operational priorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5–7 years of progressive Human Resources experience in a manufacturing environment.
Prior supervisory or leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
Experience delivering presentations and facilitating training for large groups.
