Job Description

The Sales Recruiter – Elite Talent Hunter will lead the identification, attraction, and closing of high-performing sales professionals and leaders to support Home Genius Exteriors in Somerset, NJ. This onsite role emphasizes proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to build a robust talent pipeline for rapid growth.

Responsibilities

Proactively source premier sales talent through LinkedIn and additional recruiting channels
Recruit and close one-call-close sales representatives
Recruit and close one-call-close sales leaders and managers
Build relationships with passive candidates
Design and implement recruiting strategies to support aggressive company growth
Collaborate with leadership to identify top talent before competitors do

Requirements

Demonstrated success recruiting sales professionals
Strong LinkedIn sourcing and recruiting capabilities
