The Sales Recruiter – Elite Talent Hunter will lead the identification, attraction, and closing of high-performing sales professionals and leaders to support Home Genius Exteriors in Somerset, NJ. This onsite role emphasizes proactive sourcing through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and direct outreach to build a robust talent pipeline for rapid growth.
Responsibilities
- Proactively source premier sales talent through LinkedIn and additional recruiting channels
- Recruit and close one-call-close sales representatives
- Recruit and close one-call-close sales leaders and managers
- Build relationships with passive candidates
- Design and implement recruiting strategies to support aggressive company growth
- Collaborate with leadership to identify top talent before competitors do
