Talent Acquisition Partner
Job Description
MedSpeed is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to support high-volume, field-based hiring for operations roles at our Somerset, NJ location (onsite). In this position, you will be the key point of contact for candidates while partnering with field hiring managers to keep the process moving from sourcing through onboarding. The salary range for this role is USD 70,000 to 80,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, and location.
What you’ll be doing
- Own full-cycle recruitment for high-volume field roles, managing the process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with field hiring managers to understand team needs, define role requirements, and deliver recruiting solutions tailored to each opening.
- Manage candidate pipelines through the applicant tracking system, including accurate tracking, detailed notes, and keeping momentum throughout each stage.
- Coordinate selection steps such as resume screening, phone interviews, and interview scheduling to support a smooth hiring experience.
- Proactively source talent using creative outreach and modern recruiting platforms, staying ahead to identify strong candidate matches.
- Work with HR to streamline background checks and onboarding, helping new hires start strong and feel welcome.
- Contribute to a collaborative, high-energy recruiting team and jump in on additional tasks or special projects as needed.
What you bring
- At least 2 years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
- Proven success building partnerships with mid-level managers to align talent strategies with business goals.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to engage and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Strong team orientation, collaborating across departments to meet shared goals.
- Initiative-driven mindset with a results focus, including the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while meeting deadlines.
- Comfort with change, service-driven work, and environments where multitasking and flexibility are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Jobvite preferred), with a strong ability to learn new tools and platforms.
