Job Description

CDL A Recruiter role at Nomad Freight in South Elgin, IL focuses on recruiting CDL drivers and supporting the recruiting team in an office setting. Prior trucking industry experience is required.

Collaborate with recruiting platforms such as Indeed to source candidates and track applicant flow
Support the recruiting team with daily administrative tasks to maintain workflow efficiency

Requirements

Prior experience in the trucking industry is mandatory
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Sales or customer service background is advantageous
Experience as a CDL A driver is highly beneficial
