Job Description

Responsibilities
- Engage with CDL drivers to discuss qualifications, role expectations, and next steps
- Assist drivers through the end-to-end hiring process, including scheduling interviews and providing timely feedback
- Review and process driver applications, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance
- Collaborate with recruiting platforms such as Indeed to source candidates and track applicant flow
- Support the recruiting team with daily administrative tasks to maintain workflow efficiency
Requirements
- Prior experience in the trucking industry is mandatory
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales or customer service background is advantageous
- Experience as a CDL A driver is highly beneficial
