Job Description

Join a high-energy, on-site recruiting team supporting a 24/7 casino and resort operation in Spokane Valley, WA. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of USD 22 - 25, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off. You will manage full-cycle hiring through our ATS, coordinate pre-employment steps, and collaborate with hiring managers to sustain momentum in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, applicant review, structured pre-screen interviews, interview coordination, offer preparation and processing, onboarding, and timely communication with non-selected candidates.
Independently manage multiple active requisitions in a dynamic, high-volume operation.
Maintain accurate applicant records, dispositions, and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as transfer eligibility, drug testing, I-9 verification, and referrals for gaming licenses.
Partner with hiring managers to sustain hiring momentum while ensuring process consistency and regulatory compliance.
Serve as a primary point of contact for applicants, communicating professionally via phone, email, and in person.

Requirements

College degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a directly related field.
Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience with independent responsibility for full-cycle recruitment; a related education and experience combination may be considered.
Experience administering an Applicant Tracking System; iCIMS experience strongly preferred.
Proven track record supporting high-volume recruiting workflows.
Experience recruiting in hospitality, casino, or other high-volume environments.
Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
Ability to work on-site in Spokane Valley, WA, supporting a 24/7 operation.

Job Description

Provisional Recruiting is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll and Human Resources professional to support payroll administration, HR compliance, employee relations, and benefits for a busy commercial construction company. This onsite role is based in Spokane Valley, WA and requires close collaboration with managers and staff across multiple locations in a fast-paced environment, balancing payroll accuracy with proactive, employee-focused HR support.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process accurate weekly payroll.
Review and audit electronic timecards for accuracy and completeness.
Process payroll adjustments including garnishments, PTO, sick leave, insurance, and retirement deductions.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local wage and hour laws.
Review and complete weekly certified payroll reporting.
Support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Administer employee benefits, coordinate annual open enrollment and verify monthly insurance invoices.
Respond to unemployment claims and provide required documentation.
Assist with workers' compensation claims and OSHA recordkeeping.
Maintain the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and employee records.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience using payroll software.
Experience administering payroll deductions, benefits, and timekeeping systems.
Strong understanding of payroll regulations and employment laws.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
