Job Description
Join a high-energy, on-site recruiting team supporting a 24/7 casino and resort operation in Spokane Valley, WA. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of USD 22 - 25, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401(k) matching, health, dental, and vision insurance, and paid time off. You will manage full-cycle hiring through our ATS, coordinate pre-employment steps, and collaborate with hiring managers to sustain momentum in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, including job postings, applicant review, structured pre-screen interviews, interview coordination, offer preparation and processing, onboarding, and timely communication with non-selected candidates.
- Independently manage multiple active requisitions in a dynamic, high-volume operation.
- Maintain accurate applicant records, dispositions, and documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Coordinate pre-employment requirements such as transfer eligibility, drug testing, I-9 verification, and referrals for gaming licenses.
- Partner with hiring managers to sustain hiring momentum while ensuring process consistency and regulatory compliance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for applicants, communicating professionally via phone, email, and in person.
Requirements
- College degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a directly related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of hands-on, high-volume recruiting experience with independent responsibility for full-cycle recruitment; a related education and experience combination may be considered.
- Experience administering an Applicant Tracking System; iCIMS experience strongly preferred.
- Proven track record supporting high-volume recruiting workflows.
- Experience recruiting in hospitality, casino, or other high-volume environments.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and reliable follow-through.
- Ability to work on-site in Spokane Valley, WA, supporting a 24/7 operation.
