What you’ll do

Source candidates using innovative research techniques, cold calling, and external recruiting channels to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Conduct daily comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and move qualified candidates forward to support placement needs.
Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships to support ongoing engagement throughout the process.
Collaborate with hiring managers and the Scheduling Manager to ensure steady interview-ready candidate flow aligned with operational staffing needs.

What you bring

Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across diverse roles.
Strong familiarity with talent acquisition platforms such as INDEED and Handshake.
Demonstrated sourcing ability, including research-based lead generation, cold calling, and use of talent management tools.
Experience managing or collaborating within a team.
Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and managing relationships across all organizational levels.
Familiarity with external recruiting strategies, including agency partnerships and specialized job boards to expand candidate reach.

Job Description

Continental Secret Service Bureau is seeking a Recruiter to support full cycle recruiting onsite in Toledo, OH. This role focuses on building a steady candidate pipeline, conducting interviews, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to keep the hiring process moving.

As the Recruiter, you will source qualified candidates using a mix of research, outreach, and external recruiting channels, then evaluate and manage candidates through the interview stage.
