Recruiter

Join a team in Toledo, OH on-site and play a key role in building the candidate pipeline that helps the organization meet its hiring goals. This Recruiter position offers $18–$20 per hour and focuses on full cycle recruiting, from sourcing through interview coordination, with close collaboration across hiring leadership.

What you’ll do

• Source candidates using innovative research techniques, cold calling, and external recruiting channels to maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct daily comprehensive interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and move qualified candidates forward to support placement needs.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate relationships to support ongoing engagement throughout the process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Scheduling Manager to ensure steady interview-ready candidate flow aligned with operational staffing needs.

What you bring

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across diverse roles.
• Strong familiarity with talent acquisition platforms such as INDEED and Handshake.
• Demonstrated sourcing ability, including research-based lead generation, cold calling, and use of talent management tools.
• Experience managing or collaborating within a team.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and managing relationships across all organizational levels.
• Familiarity with external recruiting strategies, including agency partnerships and specialized job boards to expand candidate reach.

In this role, you’ll drive the recruiting process end-to-end, using knowledge of talent management platforms and applicant tracking systems to identify and secure strong talent.
