Recruiter

Continental Secret Service Bureau is seeking a Recruiter to support full cycle recruiting onsite in Toledo, OH. This role focuses on building a steady candidate pipeline, conducting interviews, and partnering closely with internal stakeholders to keep the hiring process moving.

As the Recruiter, you will source qualified candidates using a mix of research, outreach, and external recruiting channels, then evaluate and manage candidates through the interview stage. You will also coordinate with hiring managers and the Scheduling Manager to align candidate flow with interviewing and placement needs.

What you’ll do

• Source candidates using innovative research techniques, cold calling, and external recruiting channels to develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct daily, comprehensive interviews to assess qualifications and help secure top talent aligned with organizational and operational needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and the Scheduling Manager to ensure an appropriate flow of candidates for interviews and placement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full cycle recruiting across diverse roles.
• Strong familiarity with talent acquisition platforms such as INDEED and Handshake.
• Demonstrated ability in candidate sourcing, including research-based lead generation, cold calling, and use of talent management tools.
• Experience managing or collaborating within a team.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging candidates and building relationships at all organizational levels.
• Knowledge of external recruiting strategies, including agency partnerships and specialized job boards to expand candidate reach.
• High school or equivalent (required).
• Full cycle recruiting: 1 year (required).
• Driver’s license (required).
• Day Shift (required).

Compensation and schedule

• Pay: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
