Plan and facilitate new hire orientation for employees and volunteers, including BGCT culture, child and club safety, workplace safety, professional conduct, and zero tolerance for harassment, discrimination, and racism.
Coordinate IT and facility requirements so new hires have tools and workspace on day one.
Serve as a point of contact during new hire transition and gather feedback to improve onboarding.
Initiate, track, and document required background screenings for employees and volunteers, including BGCA-endorsed (initial and annual) and Kansas Office of Early Childhood (OEC).
