Job Description

Join Outsource onsite in Denver, CO in an entry-level role that combines recruiting and sales support for long-term placement.

Responsibilities

Source potential candidates using the company’s internal database and a variety of job boards
Complete a minimum of 50 calls per day to prospective and existing candidates
Screen candidates by phone and in person for existing and upcoming job opportunities
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new candidates
Generate a steady pipeline by finding new candidates through creative recruiting strategies
Achieve placement goals by placing at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly
Identify and surface sales leads for the Sales and Account Management team

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree and/or recent military experience
Prior internship or work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferred)
Demonstrated interest in Sales and Account Management

Compensation & Schedule

$22.15/hr + uncapped commission
OTE: $56k-65k
Location: Denver, CO (onsite)
