Job Description

Christus Health seeks a Human Resources Business Partner I to collaborate with assigned operational areas in Santa Fe, NM, implementing people strategies that boost performance, employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with HR teams to drive practices and objectives that foster a high-performance culture, emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, standards, goal attainment, and the ongoing recruitment and development of top talent.
Handle all duties with strict confidentiality for applicants, candidates, and Associates, refraining from soliciting or disclosing any confidential information unless necessary for the assigned job duties.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and plans for HR services.
Support the organization during times of change, including a reduction in force or strategy changes affecting the workforce.
Partner with HR leaders to provide expert guidance to Associates and management in reviewing, investigating, and resolving complaints and/or grievances, with accurate documentation.
Assist Associates and leaders with solutions to HR related issues including payroll issues.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
