Human Resource Business Partner - Total Rewards and HRIS Specialist
Job Description
At KEYENCE, this on-site Human Resources Business Partner focuses on Total Rewards and HRIS, administering compensation programs, incentive payroll processes, and HRIS systems. You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to support Pay for Performance and drive process improvements across HR. The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $81,000 to $85,000 per year, onsite in Itasca, IL, along with a strong benefits package and a culture that prioritizes your growth from day one. Responsibilities
- Administer compensation programs, including salary planning, variable pay initiatives, and performance management processes
- Manage HR transactions including payroll administration, promotions, transfers, restructuring, new hires, and separations
- Maintain HRIS data integrity, reporting, compliance documentation, and organizational records
- Analyze compensation trends and HR data to support competitive pay practices, employee engagement, and internal equity
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations, tax policies, and laws
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes, drive operational efficiency, and reduce organizational risk
- Build strong partnerships with internal departments, senior leadership, and external vendors
- Collaborate with HR team members across onboarding, employee relations, talent development, compensation, and HRIS functions
- Lead and support multiple cross-functional projects while managing day-to-day HR responsibilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS, Compensation, Performance Management, or a related discipline
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Knowledge of current employment laws and regulations
