Human Resources Business Partner I

Christus Health seeks a Human Resources Business Partner I to collaborate with assigned operational areas in Santa Fe, NM, implementing people strategies that boost performance, employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR teams to drive practices and objectives that foster a high-performance culture, emphasizing empowerment, quality, productivity, standards, goal attainment, and the ongoing recruitment and development of top talent.
• Handle all duties with strict confidentiality for applicants, candidates, and Associates, refraining from soliciting or disclosing any confidential information unless necessary for the assigned job duties.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies and plans for HR services.
• Support the organization during times of change, including a reduction in force or strategy changes affecting the workforce.
• Partner with HR leaders to provide expert guidance to Associates and management in reviewing, investigating, and resolving complaints and/or grievances, with accurate documentation.
• Assist Associates and leaders with solutions to HR related issues including payroll issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field

• 5 Days - 8 Hours
