Job Description

The Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement Recruiter attracts, hires, onboards, and retains high-quality staff while ensuring personnel records and training stay compliant.

Responsibilities

Job Description

Maintain proactive, professional communication with every candidate at each touchpoint.
Stay informed on industry trends, employment law, and labor regulations affecting driver recruitment.
Participate in weekly recruiting team meetings and monthly fleet calls.

Requirements

1–3 years of recruiting experience in the driver or transportation sector, with an eye for strong CDL-A candidates.
Comfort with high-volume calling, follow-ups, and closing hires.
Highly organized and self-directed, capable of managing 20+ open positions simultaneously.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and social media sourcing platforms.
