Job Description

The Skywalk Group is seeking a full-time Recruiter based in Cedar Rapids, IA, with hybrid and remote work options. The role partners with hiring managers, screens and interviews candidates, builds candidate pipelines, guides candidates through the interview, offer, and onboarding process, and maintains ATS documentation.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand evolving hiring needs
Screen and interview candidates across a range of skill sets and experience levels
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship management
Adjust recruiting strategies quickly in response to client feedback, hiring urgency, and changing business priorities
Guide candidates through the interview, offer, and onboarding process with transparency and care
Maintain accurate documentation and recruiting activity within the ATS and internal systems
Collaborate with teammates to share market insights, candidate intelligence, and best practices

Requirements

4+ years of successful recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to engineering, construction, finance, manufacturing, or IT
Bachelor's degree preferred
Proven ability to adapt recruiting strategies based on business needs and market conditions
Exceptional internal and external communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote environment
Proficiency with Jobscience or similar ATS, as well as Microsoft applications

Job Description

Responsibilities

Manage daily HR operations and employee relations activities
Oversee recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding processes
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
Administer employee benefits, leave programs, and compensation processes

Requirements
