Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers through intake sessions to clarify staffing needs and ensure job descriptions accurately reflect required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
- Source candidates directly in the marketplace and build candidate pools within the relevant geographic markets.
- Lead in-depth candidate interviews by phone, video, or in person based on role requirements and complete reference checks.
- Maintain strong consultative relationships with both hiring managers and candidates throughout the process.
- Negotiate offers in alignment with approved guidelines and pay calculators, finalize the start date with the selected candidate.
- Recommend, plan, and participate in recruitment events such as job fairs and college recruiting initiatives.
- Maintain friendly, cordial relations with all employees and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Adhere to the Core Values of the company, including teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, and friendliness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Healthcare.
- Alternatively, a High School Diploma or its equivalent with at least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in Healthcare.
